Great songs that inspired this: The Passenger by Michael Hutchence and Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me by U2, both songs on the Batman Forever soundtrack.
Ah, where to begin with this one? Its hard to even find a beginning to get to, but lets try and backtrack a little with me, shall we?
A long-long-looooong time ago, I had a story that I had based off the video game, Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete. It was supposed to be a prequel to all the events therein. And I had an OC based on me named Andromeda. That story lasted for a while and I tried to break out of the mold of it, but found it was nigh impossible to do so at the time.
Now here we are, so many years after all that. I decided after talking to =CrossMirage and roleplaying a bit with *digielectro that I wanted to revive Andromeda, but make her stand on her own. Now here we are. I don't know if I'll go into full details about whats going on or what I'm doing until I've really hammered it out and smoothed over the rough spots, but I decided on a few facts.
-Andromeda has a general Neutral Good side and a much more cold and rough Neutral Evil side. Thus, she's a combination of regular Andromeda and Necromancer Andromeda.
-Any and all power she has, while she's under the influence of her 'good' half, is emotion-based. Very little raw control. When she's under her 'evil' half, her power is far more controlled and far less emotion-based.
-This picture depicts the activation of Evil Andromeda getting ready to lay the smack down. Under this persona, her name is just 029. The 29th experiment.
Thats about it. I'm still trying to hammer out a back story with what I told =CrossMirage. She knows the basic outline, but I can't figure out how to make it work. 6_9
Anyways, brass tacks. The original picture was drawn with 2H pencil, inked in pigment liners .03, .01, and .005. Scanned and colored at 300 dpi in Photoshop 7. Arcane circle and background circuitry distorted in Corel Painter 8. Brushes of lighting and arcane circles provided by Obsidian Dawn.

Despite this being a revived concept this is all very new to me, I rather like this one a lot. The outfit design is love...can't put into words why but it is. <3
