A speed paint of Haniel, The Joy of God. Archangel of Netzach. I was inspired by =CrossMirage to do this. It was also an interesting exercise to work without lines. But mindnumbing as well. 6_9

Anyways, this is just a concept of sorts. I'll do something more concrete later, story and whatnot. Haniel was featured in prelude of sorts to the rp that I and *digielectro are currently exchanging. She is actually a Dominion in my version and wields a bow as well as being more childlike than adult as pictured here.

Done entirely in Photoshop 7. :heart:

Protip: while painting, try to work fast and loose. Block out forms first and render the details later. That way, you'll have a smoother workflow.

At the moment I am at a loss of words but if I need to say one thing I will say that I love the smooth and delicate interaction of colors that work harmoniously together. After a tense day staring at this puts my mind at ease...srsly, it does.
